1.1 Local Singapore Delivery
We deliver to all planning regions across mainland Singapore, including Central, East, West, North, North-East and Jurong West, Woodlands, Punggol, Sengkang, Tampines, Jurong East, Bukit Merah, Queenstown, Choa Chu Kang.
Offshore outlying islands (Pulau Ubin, Sentosa, St. John’s Island, Kusu Island, Lazarus Island etc.) are covered with an extra remote surcharge.

2. Shipping Fee Details (Currency: SGD)
2.1 Local Singapore Home Delivery
Free delivery for orders over SGD 600 (excluding offshore outlying islands)
Orders under SGD 600: Base shipping fee SGD 8 for the first 1kg, additional SGD 3 per extra 1kg
Remote surcharge for offshore outlying islands: Flat SGD 12 per order (no free-shipping threshold)
2.2 Self Pick-up at Courier Stores / PopDrop Smart Lockers
Free pick-up for orders over SGD 400
Flat SGD 4 shipping fee for orders below SGD 400
Weight Calculation Rule
Shipping cost is calculated based on the greater value of actual weight or volumetric weight.
Volumetric Weight Formula: Length(cm) × Width(cm) × Height(cm) ÷ 6000
Maximum weight limit per parcel: 5kg

3. Order Processing & Delivery Time
Dispatch Time: All orders will be arranged for shipment within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or Singapore public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Transit Time Reference
Local Singapore: 1–3 working days
Mainland China: 3–7 working days
International Standard Mail: 7–14 working days
International Express: 2–5 working days
Delivery delays may occur due to customs inspection, bad weather, courier operational issues or peak festive seasons, which are beyond our control.
4. Important Shipping Terms
Shipping Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend delivery to high-risk countries/regions with strict customs restrictions without prior notice.
Customs Duties & GST
For cross-border and international shipments, all import tax, customs duty, 7% Singapore GST, overseas VAT and clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient. We will not cover any customs-related charges. Goods valued above SGD 400 imported to Singapore are subject to GST clearance.
Undeliverable Parcels
If parcels are returned due to incorrect address, unreachable recipient, refusal to pay customs fees/GST or abandoned delivery, the full return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (if applicable).
Parcel Tracking
A tracking number will be sent to your registered email once the parcel is dispatched. You may track shipment status via Singapore Post or official courier website.
