All apparel size charts, fabric descriptions, colour displays and product photos are for reference only. Minor colour deviation caused by mobile/desktop screen difference, indoor & outdoor lighting conditions and normal fabric batch difference will not be regarded as qualified defective products, complying with Singapore local apparel industry standards.
3.2
Standard sizing charts are clearly displayed on each individual product page. Please carefully confirm suitable size before checkout. We will not bear return shipping fees for size mismatch problems caused by personal wrong selection.
3.3
All clothing products are brand new, unworn and unwashed before outbound delivery. We implement strict pre-shipment quality inspection. Minor loose threads and tiny printing marks within standard industry tolerance are normal craftsmanship issues and do not belong to quality defects.
3.4
Our inventory data is updated in real time but cannot be guaranteed 100% error-free. If your paid apparel product runs out of stock unexpectedly, our customer support team will contact you within 2 local Singapore working days to arrange full unconditional refund or free order exchange. - Shipping & Delivery Terms
4.1
All local and cross-border delivery standards follow our independent official Singapore Shipping Policy page, covering mainland Singapore domestic delivery fees, offshore remote island surcharges and global cross-border logistics charges.
4.2
All stated delivery lead times are only estimated reference periods. We will not be liable for delivery delays caused by courier peak backlog, extreme severe weather, Singapore public holidays or routine customs clearance inspection.
4.3
You are required to complete parcel inspection immediately after receiving the package. If outer packaging is damaged or goods are missing during transit, you must provide complete photos of broken outer packaging and defective items within 12 hours to apply for official after-sales assistance. - Return & Exchange Rules for Clothing

All return and exchange applications are only acceptable within7 calendar days after parcel receipt. All returned apparel must meet the following requirements: unworn, unwashed, original hang tags and sealed packaging intact, no stains, scratches, deformation and no personal body odour.
5.2
Clearance sale items, custom printed apparel and swimwear are non-refundable and non-exchangeable permanently due to hygiene requirements and promotional activity rules, in line with Singapore consumer trading regulations.
5.3
Customers shall bear both outbound and return shipping fees for voluntary returns due to personal dislike, unsuitable size or subjective colour dissatisfaction. We will cover full return shipping fees only when confirmed manufacturing quality defects or our wrong item delivery occurs. - Intellectual Property
6.1
All website original content including independent apparel design drafts, product shooting images, brand logos, copywriting and graphic materials are fully protected under Singapore Copyright Act. Any unauthorised copying, reproduction, commercial reprinting and secondary graphic editing are strictly prohibited.

No user is allowed to use our brand logo, official product photos and original apparel design resources for private resale, commercial social media promotion or counterfeit product manufacturing without our formal written authorization. - Limitation of Liability
7.1
We will not compensate for any indirect economic losses including lost business profit, work schedule delay and additional travel expenses caused by normal delivery delays or minor product flaws within standard industry acceptable range.
7.2
Our maximum compensation limit for any apparel order dispute will never exceed the actual total payment amount of the original order. - Modification of Terms
